Function QA Engineer
Responsibility:
1. Participate Requirement analysis and test design
2. Design, maintain and implement test cases
3. Testing execution by Project Release Cycle
4. Work with BA/SA(Business/System Analyst) and Development teams to resolve any defects raised during the testing process
5. Develop and maintain automation scripts and troubleshooting
Qualification:
1. 2- 5 years of experience for Software Tester or QA positions
2. Strong hands-on Experience in creating comprehensive test plans, cases and technical documents in English
3. Very familiar with the methodology and technical skills about WEB Application, such as GUI, Functionality, Security, Configuration, Compatibility etc
4. Strong knowledge of theoretics of software development life cycle, such as Agile/XP/RUP theoretics
5. Familiar with J2EE Structure, knows general Middleware such as JBOSS, Weblogic, SQL Server, ORACLE etc, and Windows and Linux OS
6. Has general WEB automation testing tools experience, such as QTP, Selenium, AutoIT, MUST has 1 scripting programming skills(VBS, JS, Shell, Perl, Java etc) at least
7. Ownership. The individual is able to handle multiple priorities, work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility while following the development process well
8. Good written and spoken English and strong communication skills are required
9. Project experience of Finance or Banking or Accounting industry is preferred
10. Initiative and diligent attitude towards Software Quality other than a dedicated team player
11. A BSCS or BSEE is required
Performance QA Engineer
Responsibility:
1. Participate Requirement analysis
2. Design, maintain and implement performance scenario and scripts
3. Performance testing execution and result analysis
4. Work with BA/SA(Business/System Analyst) and Development teams for performance tuning
5. Software performance measurement and monitoring
Qualification:
1. 1 - 4 years of experience for testing engineer and at least 1 year to focus on performance testing
2. Strong hands-on Experience of performance testing execution and analysis in J2EE Application
3. Very familiar with the methodology of performance testing and bottleneck occurrence about BS structure appliaction etc
4. Skillful experience of Loadrunner, HTTPWatch, SQL Profiler etc
4. Strong knowledge of theoretics of software development life cycle, such as Agile/XP/RUP theoretics
5. Strong technology background about JBOSS, Weblogic, SQL Server, ORACLE etc, and Windows and Linux OS
6. Familiar with general scripting and programming skills under Windows and Linux
7. Good written and spoken English and strong communication skills are required
8. Project experience of Finance or Banking or Accounting industry is preferred
