Position Profile
Position Title        Metrics SME

"World-class proven business and technology solutions that drive client performance"
POSITION PURPOSE
•        To establish a metrics program for China ADU compliant with GAD QMS and CMMI ver1.2 requirements
•        To sustain and improve the metrics program for China ADU
•        To  provide support, mentorship and training to project teams, thereby facilitating the process of  metrics collection and analysis

PERFORMANCE MEASURES
•        Ability to collect and analyse metrics data
•        Ability to proactively introduce checks and balances in place to ensure data quality
•        Ability to generate process capability baselines for the organisation
•        Timeliness of reporting and other assignments
•        Ability to bring about innovations/organisation changes to improve data quality
•        Pragmatic and effective approach
•        Ability to quickly understand and align to EDS tools , processes and methods including GAD QMS, GDM,  PreSage and Service Excellence Dashboard
•        Ability to quickly understand and align to EDS - Information Engineering Metrics Standards & Guidelines


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•        Set-up the organization’s measurement program ASAP
•        Sustaining the organization’s measurement program on a long term
•        Analyse metrics , build organizational capability data
•        Suggest improvements to data collection/analysis techniques to demonstrate better value to the client.
•        Running with performance improvement initiatives in the organization using six sigma techniques
•        Conducting trainings on measurement framework/six sigma techniques/estimation/sizing
•        Identify and spearhead automation initiatives that can bring value to the measurement program
•        Review and approve  Measurement  plans of  all ADU China projects
