TestDirector database是个什么东东?与TestDirector connection是什么关系?如何连接?

看网上资料，好象TestDirector是个独立的软件。可是winrunner中，却有TestDirector connect，如果要打印report bug，还必须连接TestDirector datbase，可到哪里找server呢？如何打印错误报告？这个TestDirector datbase或server是一个project一个database呢还是多个project一个database？dadabase与server是什么关系？谢谢！

你是要report bug，还是bug report？TD是管理bug的系统，report bug就是向TD上提交bug。
database一般就在TD的服务器上（TD是B/S模式），一个proj对应一个database，wr的测试报告不一定要连接TD，而bug报告也不用通过wr来打印。如果装有TD就用TD输出bug报告，没有就用wr输出测试报告，可以配置邮件方式。

If you are using TestDirector 7.0i, the Add Defect dialog box opens directly from the WinRunner Test Results window.
If you are using TestDirector 6.0 and the TestDirector Web Defect Manager is installed on your machine, then it opens directly from the WinRunner Test Results window. Otherwise, the Remote Defect Reporter opens directly from the WinRunner Test Results window.
