1. Senior Tester/Team Lead

Job Description

• Develop test designs (including test cases with expected results and effort estimates) from project requirements, design documentation;
• Prepare test data;
• Conduct functional, integration and performance tests of the application, execute tests and report on the results;
• Report defect details in defect tracking system
• Participate in defect review meetings with developers and client
  

Job Requirements
Must Have:

• Software Testing Experience ( 3+ years)
• Web and SAP based ebusiness sulution Testing (2 - 3 years)
• Performance testing Experience (2+ years)
• Specific experinece writing and performing Load testing scripts on web based applications.
• MUST have working knowledge of load testing tools like loadrunner.
  

• Understanding of software product life cycle, including the role of requirements, testing, and release management
• A strong understanding and experience in developing, writing and executing testing plans, scripts and cases for web software applications
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes and practices
• fluent English

• Motivated self-starter with ability to contribute within a highly collaborative team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and to give attention to detail
•   Solid communication, critical thinking, analytical and problem resolution skills to analyze issues, trends and impacts, identify options and implications, and propose practical solutions
  

Nice To Have:

• Previous experience with the implementation of an heavily customized ERP or software package.  
• Experience with other test tools such as WinRunner, QTP, QC is desirable.
