上海：QA Manager:
The job is to manage a team of highly qualified software engineers.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Work with  HQ project managers to create design plan and schedule;
2. Manage resources and lead the development;
3. Coordinate cross-team tasks, and deliver the product on time and in good quality.

Qualifications:

1. Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and prove oneself;
2. 3 years commercial software development (coding) experience in industry or in an accredited research institution;
3. 2 years management experience leading a development team or leading a project;
4. Understand software development and testing process;
5. Outstanding communication and inter-personal skill, strong English skill;
6. Strong academic background in computer science, strong analytic and problem solving skill, ability to provide leadership technically;
7. Preference will be given to someone with prior RDBMS development background.

上海 developer:
Senior Software Engineer/Developer

Minimum requirements include:
1. BS degree in CS/EE from top universities, MS or above preferred;
2.  1+ year commercial software development experiences is a big plus;
3.  Strong communication skill, must be comfortable with English at work;
4.  Strong background in Java or C++ programming;
5.  Familiar with Windows and Linux platforms.
Requirements for the Senior level:
You must have at least 3 years commercial development experiences and has significant background in two of the following areas:
- User interface (GUI) design and implementation (JAVA)
- Database applications (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase)
- Web application development
- Server development on Linux (C++,Java)
- Software testing tools and methodologies

北京： testing Engineer
JD:  Testing Engineer

Key Tasks And Responsibilities:
Responsible for testing network management applications for multiple Windows platforms (95-XP). Experience. Experience with all networking protocols including TCP/IP, SNMP, etc.

Skills And Attributes
Ability to setup, configure and troubleshoot various network topologies
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to learn new technologies
Familiar with all Microsoft Operation system platforms
Familiar with defect tracking system and automation test system.

Experience Requirement
B.S. in computer science plus at least one year of industry experience
Strong experience with all Win32 platforms
Experience with Linux and/or UNIX a plus
Experience with XP methodology a plus
