1. Base on business, analyze the current weakness to find improve opportunity.
2. Define, maintain, and improve organizational software process;
3. Data definition, collection and analysis for the quality system;
4.Process consultancy and Training;
5.Research & apply advanced methodology, technology, and tools

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Bachelor or above degree in computer science, software engineering, applied mathematics or other relative field is required.
2.7+ year experience, with at least 3+ year experience of the software process, methodology and tools, especially of CMM/CMMI/6 sigma
4.Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English
5.High academic ability
