JD for Automation Test SW Design Engineer

1. Responsibility:
• Responsible for design and maintenance of test automation tool development
• Responsible for coding, component test, function test, integration test and regression test
• Review source code from other engineers
• Efficiently communicate with engineers from other countries and provide support to engineers in other countries

2. Qualifications:

• Master in Computer Science or Telecom required (candidate with Bachelor’s degree is also acceptable as long as the candidate has enough working experience)
• With good object oriented design concept
• Familiar with Java programming (note that people who only have experience in web based application will not be considered)
• Familiar with HTML and JavaScript programming
• Good independent trouble shooting skills
• Good communication skills and human skills
• Fluent in oral & written English, be able to fluently discuss technical issues with oversea engineers and correctly understand their ideas
• Trust worthy, have good consciousness of responsibility and continuously improving working efficiency
• Be an open and active team player, be able to work in an extremely fast pace
• Experienced in Unix/Linux programming

Android Application Development Consultant

Job Objective:
Ericsson Packet Research (Beijing) is working on to optimize the content delivery and user experience in mobile network (including 3G, WiFi networks). One part of this work is to prove of our concept by building innovating application in Android smartphone.

We are looking for an experienced, innovative, open-minded team player to help us develop the new application in Android platform to enhance content delivery in mobile network.
You will be responsible for building new and cutting edge knowledge; developing technical solutions, APIs and/or components using the most appropriate technology available; proposing technical improvements.

Responsibilities:
• Perform technical feasibility study and identify technical implementation risks
• Investigate existing related implementation and architecture in Android phone
• Setup Android developing environment and project experiment system
• Define use cases, system logic and solution architecture
• Define both hardware and software requirements based on system features
• Develop new functionality and interface to other applications in Android as defined in the project
• Guarantee software quality from code review, unit test and system integration test
• Transfer know-how and results achieved in the projects by writing reports, seminars, etc

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, and major in communication, computer science and/or related area
• Strong experience on programming on Android and Java platform
• Has good knowledge on TCP/IP, network/socket programming
• Fluent in English/Chinese speaking
• Self-motivated, flexible and strong passion in work
• Strong communication skill
• Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
