Network Delay time问题

我想要测试局域网中的Network Delay time，在from machine中输入装有controller机器（XP）的内网ip地址，在to machine中输入局域网中其他机器的机器名，发现监视的过程中出现如下错误：
Error: : Cannot get data for Network path 'xxl -> officeserver (Network delay)'.See documentation for information about Network Delay Monitor limitations.        [MsgId: MERR0]
我把xp机器和另外一台机器上的防火墙都关了，还是出现上面的错误
