Senior Test Engineer  
SUMMARY
ZXK (Zhongxiu Kinetek) is a leading Chinese elevator and escalator control manufacturer that serves domestic and international customers from its ISO 9001 certified facilities, including a 10,000 square meter technology center, in Wuxi, China. ZXK is a key operating unit of Kinetek, a global manufacturing enterprise with 28 facilities – including over a dozen design centers – in North America, Europe and Asia. Kinetek companies command market leadership through a broad global base of advanced technology that delivers custom engineered solutions to world class customers.  We are seeking an hands on engineer with excellent electrical and software skills.  The ideal candidate shall possess strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills.  This person will work with R&D engineers  to ensure that the newly developed products meet customers’ specs and requirements.  As Test Engineer, this position will also be responsible for leading the development of all test equipment and software for new products.  This is a position of the Product Release Team with great advancement potentials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
        Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
        Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions.
        Assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs.
        Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
        3-5years or above system testing in automation control or related field.  Excellent system debugging capabilities.
        Basic electronic design knowledge.
        Be able to understand detailed electrical schematics.
        Good technical writing, presentation, and communication skills.
        Interested in facing complex technical and business customers.
        Ability to lead and support junior members on the team.
        Strong work ethic and aptitude.
Desired:
        Elevator control experience is highly desired.
        Real-time software programming, support and sustainment experience.
        Good English writing and reading skill is highly desired.  

REQUIRED EDUCATION
        Junior college, major in Electronic, Automation Control or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.

1、与其他工程团队协作定义，记录，分析，运行并说明测试的产品，系统，部件或修改。
2、鉴定功能性问题并给予解答。
3、协助定义内部质量控制标准及维护可靠性方案。
4、分析测试案例并提供定期进度报告。

任职要求
1、3-5年或以上自动控制或相关领域系统测试经验。
2、基础电子设计知识。
3、能够理解详细的电子原理电路图。
4、良好的技术写作，演讲和沟通技巧。
5、有兴趣应对复杂的技术和商业客户。
6、领导及支持团队初级成员的能力。
7、有强烈的职业道德和能力。

-有电梯控制经验是非常理想的。
-实时软件编程，支持及维护经验。
-良好的英语读写技巧。
-有测试设备以及治具的设计经验者优先；

教育背景
大专，电子，自动控制，或者相关专业毕业。
更高学历优先。
