Keys to success:
*Detail oriented attitude
*Ability to learn new technologies rapidly
*Experience in formal testing procedures and management

Responsibilities include:
*Leading the efforts of a team responsible for testing all components of core product deployments, including web/PDA UI, Win32 applications, and mobile device and server applications
*Reviewing project requirements and delegation of executing test plans based off same
*Executing test plans according to schedule and providing status
*Interfacing with core product QA team to understand new product features and test strategies

Educational Requirements:
*BSCS or equivalent experience

Required Skills & Experience:
*2-4+ years working in Quality Assurance or Product Development
*Experience leading a test team
*Heavy MS Windows experience
*Proven ability to work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results
*Proven ability to evaluate, enhance and correct existing Quality Assurance test methodologies
*Proven experience with commercial grade N-tier applications, specifically with white box testing, scalability and performance
*Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese

Bonus Points for:
*Wireless Data Applications experience
*Mobile operating system (Palm OS, Pocket PC, Symbian) experience
*HTML, SSL, JavaScript, JSP, JWS, Ant/JBuild, C++ experience, Graphic Artist skills
*Fundamental understanding of Unix (Solaris Preferred) and Linux (Red Hat)
*Experience with source control management systems
*Familiarity with Apache and ServletExec
*Oracle RDBMS experience
*Large E-commerce or E-service applications provided to Consumers and Enterprise customers
*Localization testing or foreign language skills a definite plus
