Job Description
- Responsible for Web/SAP performance, availability, capacity, reliability testing, result analysis, reporting and tuning
- Test planning, scripting and execution with test automation tools
- Be able to develop software programs needed to perform testing
- Strong commitment to execute the plan, deliver quality results on schedule and achieve testing goals
- Work with other engineers to setup the test environment for different test cases

Job Requirements & Skills Required
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience working on software development or application administration
- Experience with Enterprise Application administration, expertise in at least 1 or more of: BEA WebLogic(preferable), IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat- Experience with monitoring and analyzing systems
- Understanding of networks- Good programming skills in C++ or Java based on windows or UNIX
- Familiar with Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems
- Willing to do performance testing & tuning, software testing automation knowledge is preferable
- Good English oral communication skill
- Good team work spirit and team player
