3rd level qualification in computer science related degree course.
4+ years working as a Supervisor or above for localization QA at a global software company. Experience of managing non-Chinese localization testing projects. Experience of working with overseas project  management.
Ability to function at a professional level in English – namely the English proficiency required to handle proposals, negotiation and discussion.
Ability and Experience of delivering localization quality assurance at every phase of engagement - from the resource planning to final handoff delivery and reporting.
A track record of innovation in process around productivity and quality availing of up to date testing and reporting tools. Proven track record in delivering a diverse range of products under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
Knowledge of security and availability software technologies and products.
Experience working with Japanese companies, knowledge of Japanese an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a high priority.

Skills/Qualifications
Undergraduate IT based 4 year degree,
understanding of software development process, fluent  English, Networking, Unix, Linux, Windows, Productivity applications; QA methodology and theory;
