[Test Object}
 Record the connecting time (without security)  [PreCondition]
 1. Turn on a Wi-Fi AP without security setting
 2. Wi-Fi is on.
 [Procedure]
 1. Try to connect to a Wi-Fi AP without security.
 2. Record the connecting time and compare with Bench mark.  [ExpectedResult]
 1. If the connecting time is less than 10 seconds, the result is Pass.
 2. If the connecting time is more than 10 seconds but it less than (the connecting time of bench mark), the result is Pass.
