Job Requirements & Skills Required:
  *Responsible for project schedule and estimation, resource allocation, task assignment, project control and status reporting
  *Be able to mentor and train team members on testing process and tools
  *Be responsible to analyze project/testing requirement and define testing plan/specification
  *Be able to motivate, cooperate with other team members
  *Work as a key interface with internal customer and/or the development team to understand project requirement
  *Responsible to the integrity of test plans, data, environments, etc. Keep test deliverables current according to application changes
  *Be able to perform execution tasks
  *Excellent communications skills with internal team members and external domain partners
  *Assist with direction and implementation of quality related processes

Qualifications:
  *Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors
  *>5 Working experience in the software development life cycle: Development or QA
  *Excellent problem solving and issue handling skills
  *Hands on experience in automation testing tool
  *Hands on experience in web-based technologies including web service, J2EE, Java and XML
  *Understanding of multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Linux and HPUX) and Oracle database
  *Fluent English oral communication
  *Teamwork spirit
