Title: Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Description
? Work autonomously and as a team to design, develop, and maintain automated tests.
? Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Perl for regressing and smoke testing.
? Develop and execute automated tests using the in house test harness.
? Analyze and report on test execution results.
? Enter defects into the defect tracking database like bugzilla.
? Suggest and implement process improvements.
? Provide weekly status reports.
? Produce documentation.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

? At least 3 years of experience in scripting/automation/programming
? Experience in automating tests, and developing test frameworks.
? Strong scripting experience in Perl.
? Thorough understanding of regular expressions.
? Experience in two or more of Python, PHP, Shell Script, Expect
? Strong Solaris/Linux skills.  Must be able to navigate in UNIX command line, find, sed, awk, etc.
? Working knowledge and understanding of C/C++.
? Working knowledge of Java script, mysql.
? TCP/IP routing and protocols such as UDP, WAP, HTTP, POP3, SMTP, SSH, FTP, SFTP, SNMP.
? Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Good Team player - recognizes and contributes to the value and quality of the team's deliverables.
? Requires minimal direction or supervision on assigned projects.
? Proven ability to learn new technologies independently.
? Takes responsibility and is prepared to take ownership of assigned tasks

Title:  Quality Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Define and thoroughly execute Product and Integration Test Plans diagnose test failures and produce timely test reports.
? Identify and develop system/component automation test scripts to enhance efficiency of product testing.
? Continuously and proactively look for ways to improve the product testing processes and procedures through appropriate test design and use of tools.
? Assist in the production of effective documentation and test specifications that can be used both internally and externally.
? Responsible for the testing and review of product installation guides/manuals and functional specifications.
? Customer Facing - communicate and gather test requirements from customer feedback
? Working closely with other members of the QA and development teams
? Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
? UNIX/Linux administration knowledge
? TCP/IP routing and protocols such as UDP, WAP, HTTP, POP3, SMTP, FTP, SNMP.
? Experience with wireless networks (3G 2.xG, GPRS, GSM, CDMA, etc)
? Experience with mobile devices is a plus.
? Good and proven problem solving skills.
? VMware knowledge is a plus.
? Communicates effectively, both written and verbal, within the team and across departmental teams.
? Self motivated / starter
? A BA/BS in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred

Title:  Senior Quality Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Continuously and proactively look for ways to improve the product testing processes and procedures through appropriate test design and use of tools.
? Assist in the production of effective documentation and test specifications that can be used both internally and externally.
? Responsible for the testing and review of product installation guides/manuals and functional specifications.
? Customer Facing - communicate and gather test requirements from customer feedback
? As a technical/team lead, take up additional responsibilities to schedule, allocate resources and coordinate test planning of the team, and interface with management to provide status on projects, issues etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

? Has Strong UNIX/Linux, Windows and networking skills, and working knowledge and understanding of C/C++, and Perl.
? TCP/IP routing and protocols such as UDP, WAP, HTTP, POP3, SMTP, SSH, FTP, SFTP, SNMP.
? Experience with wireless networks (3G 2.xG, GPRS, GSM, CDMA, etc)
? Experience with mobile devices is a plus.
? Experience with enterprise software and service based offerings.
? Good and proven problem solving skills.
? Communicates effectively, both written and verbal, within the team and across departmental teams.
? Ability to look at the big picture – understand product architectures, requirements, understand testing challenges and come up with test methodologies and plans.
? Good Team player - recognizes and contributes to the value and quality of the team's deliverables.
? Requires minimal direction or supervision on assigned projects.
? Proven ability to learn new technologies independently.
? Professional and organized in their approach to the tasks set and able to complete independently, on time and to budget.
? Self motivated / starter
? Takes responsibility and is prepared to take ownership of assigned tasks
? At least 5 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years as a team lead/technical lead, excellent organizational skills.
? Leadership skills, proven ability to lead a successful quality engineering team, providing technical direction to the team in test planning and building automated infrastructure.
? Experience with MS project for scheduling, resource allocation
? A BA/BS in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred
