Job Title: System Developer - C/C++
Job Responsibilities
- Involved in IBM JDK development.
- Improve the quality and performance to make IBM JDK a leading runtime.
- Involved in Apache Project Harmony (http://harmony.apache.org/), the JSE project of the Apache Software Foundation, to develop a world class, certified JSE implementation.
- Undertake JSE 5/6/7 class library open source implementation and related testing work.
Job Requirements (Skills / experiences)
- No contamination by non-Harmony JDK implementations
- Familiar with window/linux system programming. (AIX and System Z is a big plus).
- Profound understandings of JDK, JVM, Compiler is a plus
- Experiences of Eclipse, Subversion, CVS, JIRA, JUnit, Ant, etc.
- Passion to work as a professional software engineer, good communication skill, team player
- Excellent written/spoken English
Qualifications (Education / Major/ Certificates)
1+ years work experience in software industry
