Qualifications:

Proven lead experience with at least one full software product life cycle
Extensive experience designing and implementing test automation
Strong ownership proficiency
Great verbal and written communication skills
Strong learning ability
Demonstrated understanding of testing methodology and process
Good communication skills
Passion and drive to ship high quality products on time
M.S. of EE/CS, or B.S. with 3-5 years of related experience

Pluses:
Deep experience with embed system, web server, automatic test tools and Microsof
t Office and VB or VBA
