Job Description
1. Recruit and coach the staffs for STG SW development
2. Manage the team to conduct system verification test, to deliver good quality product on schedule
3. Recognize and grow technical people with technical career path.
4. Build a high performance culture and pleasant working environment
5. Work with the US stakeholders and peer mgrs in GR location as one team.
6. Support local market, to provide technical resource or consultant to grow the business

Required Skills
1. Have technical skills on system management software.
2. Mgmt experiences in development/testing project and product lab organization, familiar with development process, tools and testing methodology. (IBM IPD process is plus)
3. Strong communication and presentation skill
4. Proficiency on English
5. Product development experiences in a global company is plus
6. Master or above, major in CS/EE or related field
