Job Title: Software Quality&Testing Engineer / 软件质量&测试工程师 Location: Beijing


Position Responsibilities:

1.        Participate in software engineering projects, perform testing and quality assurance activities
2.        Participate in software design reviews, testing, configuration control, bug-report and track
3.        Work closely with developer and project manager, ensure the quality of the software products
4.        Participant in test planning, case development, perform test case, and report to manager
5.        Support the QA development for testing tool, framework, and methodologies to improve test efficiency, improve automated test strategy.
6.        Follow-up the process and strategy improvement for SW product quality
7.        Keep management aware of the quality status of software development projects during the design, development and deployment phases

Qualifications:

1.        BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
2.        More than 5 years web site test or application software testing experience
3.        Good at script programming, such as shell, perl, ruby
4.        Familiar with Java or OO language, RDBMS(Oracle/SQL)
5.        Familiar with software test automation tool, such as Junit, Httpunit, Jmeter, TestNG, Robot, Loadruner
6.        Familiar with Linux and Windows environment
7.        Ability to work independently, self-motivation, good inter-personal skills
8.        Good judgment and objectivity in approaching problems
9.        Good communication skills in Mandarin

Job Responsibilities
Globalization Engineering within the Platform Technology Group is seeking a software development QA engineer to deliver our product. Consumer products and platforms. This is a highly technical role requiring software development expertise to conduct white box testing and implement code for automated test solutions.
You will utilize your problem solving and programming skills to build tools and create test scripts for UI Automation to improve efficiency in different stages of product cycle. Your responsibility will include functional testing and analysis of our product. Consumer products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leveraging automation, developing new automated test suites, evaluating test coverage, providing high quality feedback on the state of the product while building a strong working relationship with the development team. You will develop the automation strategy framework to support global products, review product specifications to finalize automation scope, create and execute test automation and define/select/develop appropriate test tools.
Globalization Engineering is a cross-disciplinary team of Internationalization Architects, Linguistic Specialists, and Software Engineers who are passionate about making our product accessible to customers in their own language and culture.



Minimum Job Qualifications 


* Solid 5+ years of outstanding track record as a developer and/or UI Automation QA engineer.
* Competent in developing QA automation scripts and tools (e.g.Selenium, TestNG). 

* Fluent in Java and scripting languages (e.g. Javascript, PHP, Perl). 

* Competent in Unix operating system.

* Experience in Code Coverage tools (e.g. JSCV).

* Experience in Continuous Integration tools (e.g.Hudson).

* Experience in AJAX, HTML and XML.

* Working knowledge of Internationalization coding techniques. 

* Expert in QA methodologies, procedures & documentation. 

* Strong written & verbal communication skills. 

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 

* Customer-focused, ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work independently or with teams and being able to multi-task on multiple products and projects. 

* Self-starter, team player, highly organized, infrastructure and process-oriented. 

* Knowledge of software development life cycle. 

* BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent. 



Preferable Job Qualifications


* Experience in API testing. 

* Experience in QA Lead/Project Management skills is a plus.

* Experience working with remote development
