Job BC-001, Software Quality Assurance Engineer（产品质量工程师）
As a software quality assurance (SQA) engineer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and executing software test plan and test cases that are leading the way in assuring high quality of Brion’s world-class product. You will be challenged with systematic QA testing methodologies in concurrent computing software architecture environment. You will have the opportunity to work with software developers, hardware engineers and the application engineering organization on a regular basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
        Play a major role to improve quality, functionality, reliability and usability of software products
        Design, develop and execute comprehensive test plan with systematic QA methodology
        Perform thorough test case execution and analysis report
        Analyze test results to assure quality of existing and new functionalities
        Work in cross-platform environment (UNIX/Linux and Windows)

Job requirements:
        Know C++/C, OO programming concepts, good coding ability.
        Understanding of operating system, relational database, concurrent computing, and client/server architecture.
        Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
        Ability to excel in cross functional team environment
        Experience in Cross-Platforms (Unix/Windows) application testing environment
        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
        Attention to detail, positive attitude under stress

Desired but not required:
        Good Knowledge in optics, semiconductor, lithography and IC design
           Hands-on experience on UNIX, scripting languages, databases
        Familiarity with software testing processes and testing methodologies
        Skillful with automated testing tools and bug tracking systems
