All position needs good english language skill,University degreee graduates in computer scence, IT, engineering, science or related discipline.

最后一关由外国人面试，口语须过关，熟悉印度英语口音比较有帮助。SE年薪7-8W以上可谈；其他级别测试人员高于市场平均价格！

Normal Scheme:

N_1. Software Engineer: 1-2 year experience in supporting and developing, computer application Jave,Control M, Testing, Sql, Oracle.

N_2. Senior Software Engineer: 4-6 year experience of relevant Jave,Control M, Testing, Sql, Oracle.Strong planning and communiction skill.

N_3. Software Engineering Team Leader: >6 year experience of solid Jave,Control M, Testing, Sql, Oracle.Strong planning and communiction skill. at least 2 years at project management level, with vast exposure in bank, finance or buz enviroment, or with academic qulification.With exposure to banking/financial IT. Strong communicational and interpersonal skills.

Banking Scheme:
B_1. SE: 1-2 years' experience in supporting and developing AS400, Maninframe(CICS/DB2), Vision Plus.

B_2. SSE: 4-6 years' experience in supporting and developing AS400, Maninframe(CICS/DB2), Vision Plus.

B_3. TL: >6 years' solid IT experience in AS400, Maninframe(CICS/DB2), Vision Plus.>2 years at project management.With vast exposure in bank, finance or buz enviroment, or with academic qulification.With exposure to banking/financial IT. Strong communicational and interpersonal skills.

补充：Normal Scheme不需要有银行经验，computer application Jave,Control M, Testing, Sql, Oracle这些只要有其中之一均可。
