The US MSN Global Market Delivery team is looking for a technical test lead to work on supporting the US MSN channels and partner sites. If you are passionate about shipping products quickly and iterating on designs in a new space utilizing the latest internet technologies, this is the job for you!

Candidates must be strong self-starters, have a proven track record of product delivery, and be able to own and execute on daily tasks from start to finish. Daily tasks include gathering and prioritizing the work items to be done by the team, debugging the automated test failures, driving resolution within the escalation owners, refining existing automated tests that need to be changed, performs daily analysis of test results in preparation for the weekly status report, driving the schedule for the team, and cross-team collaboration.

Software Testing Lead for Microsoft MSN Team（Offshore）

Requirements:
o        Knowledge of Microsoft Web technologies, such as .NET, ASP, XML/HTML, XSLT/CSS, XML Web services
o        Willing to work across time zones under irregular hours to communicate between Shanghai and US
o        One year lead of an offshore team
o        At least 3 year experience as a strong web based tester
o        Ability to hit the ground running
o        Solid problem-solving, testing, and debugging skills
o        Excellent communication skills
o        Virtual server experience and/or Hyper-V
o        Windows batch files
o        Working knowledge of windows networking
o         BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline

Desired:
o        Previous experience in MSN and knowledge of the technologies:  Bedrock, CF
o        Silverlight testing
o        Prior experience with KAF
o        Knowledge of online performance and security testing
o        Knowledge of programming languages - C# and .NET framework
