安装完成后，报RPC和OTA错误

1、安装的是TD8.0
2、确认TD服务已经启动
3、安装完成后，还没有以admin的身份进入建立新用户和项目
4、双击桌面TD快捷方式，能够进入TD页面，但是点击TestDirector后报“The RPC server is unavailable”
5、关闭TD页面后，弹出错误提示“OTA server is not connected”
check all，只有在TD Virtual Directory前出现红色的问号，具体描述如下：
the td instllation process creates a virtual directory,which it attempts to places in high(isolated) application protection

.if,after the installation process,the virtual directory is otherwise protected,td can't work properly.to rectify this

situation,you must resynchronize the IWAM_XXXX account password, or place the virtual directory in low (IIS process)

application protection.for instructions on synchronizing IWAM_XXXX account passwords,refer to Article#324 on the following

web site:www.IISFAQ.com
我对IIS不了解，不知道究竟该怎么操作会解决掉这个问题。
搜索了几天，说报RPC错误已经是TD的经典错误了，但是就是没有具体的解决办法，哪位大虾知道，请赐教啊

ps：TD重装了两遍了;装完也重起过了;我没有更改过用户名和密码

我曾经解决过此类问题，但是要费很大的精力。
有一点可以确认，操作系统本身对TD的影响很大，建议：
1、重装操作系统；
2、不要随便升级操作系统的系统补丁；

昨天遇到这样的问题，后来没办法重装td解决的。现在没问题了。
