项目描述：TurboShop是一套使用JAVA语言开发，基于企业级J2EE架构设计的免费商城系统。整个商城逻辑业务搭建在我们自主研发的TurboPortal平台上，主要实现了前台的用户注册登录，商品浏览，购物订单以及在线支付功能，在后台则实现了商品管理，订单管理，货架管理，统计报表，支付配送，系统管理等功能。

        根据用户手册和相关文档进行需求点的拆分，制定测试计划和测试方案；

项目描述：SugarCRM 5.2是基于B/S架构的使用PHP语言开发的客户关系管理系统，采用MYSQL5.0数据库和APACHE2.2为WEB服务器，能在WINDOWS和LINUX两种操作系统运行。该项目的目标是不断提升公司客户关系管理效率，提高客户对公司的满意度。
职责描述：
        根据SugarCRM相关文档以及用户使用说明整理测试需求，结合软件的质量特性，对每个需求项，从不同的角度挖掘测试点，得出系统测试项；
        Linux下搭建SugarCRM测试环境和QC，并进行QC的配置；
        计划测试活动，编写测试方案，设计测试用例，并对文档进行评审，基线化；
        在QC中导入测试需求，系统测试子项，测试用例，并建立关联；
        进行测试执行，在QC中报告并跟踪缺陷，同时编写测试日报；
