项目描述：SugarCRM 是在SourceForge.net的开放源程序客户关系管理系统，该项目采用B/S架构，利用PHP语言开发，服务端可运行在windows和Linux环境下。
项目时间:2009-05-11至2009-06-03（周期24天）。
测试环境:1、搭建SugarCRM环境Linux+MySQL+APACHE+Zend Optimizer；
         2、搭建缺陷管理QC环境和配置管理SVN环境；
         3、搭建Winmail邮件服务器环境。
职责描述:1、参与了测试计划，测试方案的编写和评审；
         2、根据系统需求规格说明书结合测试计划,方案设计测试用例；
         3、执行测试用例提交缺陷报告并将其纳入QC进行缺陷的跟踪与管理；
