Quality Engineering - Postion: Software Engineer (Perl/Ruby) =============================================================
Red Hat Quality Engineering Team is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Software Engineer (Perl/Ruby). Successful candidate will be tasked to develop complex tools and web applications pivotal to our operations in the Department.

Responsibilities include:
1. Understands technical and functional design requirements
2. Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions
3. Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
4. Additional assignments may be assigned


Candidates should possess the following requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 1-2 years of web/tools development experience with Perl
3. Familiar with Ruby, Python or Java is a plus
4. Some background in Linux Operating Systems
5. Ability to perform independent research
6. Strong problem solving skills
7. Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
8. Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively
9. Attention to details and a perfectionist will be highly regarded



Quality Engineer - Virtualization（Urgent）
The Quality Engineering team at Red Hat is looking for engineers to search for, analyze, report, and track defects in Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Responsibilities include developing test scripts, executing test cases, debugging software problems, and operating automated test tools.
Job Requirements:
•        Bachelor's degree or equivalent computer experience
•        Strong skills and background in Linux
•        Familiar with a wide variety of components of Operating Systems (Kernels specifically)
•        Knowledge of Virtualization software desired
•        Knowledge of Windows system administration helpful
•        Selfstarting and ability to work under pressure
•        Scripting skills in bash, perl, or python
•        Strong analytical skills






Software Quality Assurance Engineer /测试工程师
Responsibility:
SQA engineer will participate in software engineering projects, perform SQA activities; participate in software design reviews, testing, configuration control, problem reporting and resolution; monitor, evaluate and report defects of the software product, work closely with developer and project manger, ensure the high quality of the software products.
SQA engineer will be responsible for software test plan, test case development and test automation. And SQA engineer is expected to develop necessary tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve test efficiency, improve automated test level.
SQA engineer should keep management aware of the quality status of software development projects during the design, development and deployment phases.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years web site development or test experience
• Very good programming skills of java or script language such as Shell, Perl or Ruby
• Familiar with software test automation strategy, automation test tools such as Junit, Httpunit, Jmeter, or WAS.
• Familiar with RDBMS. Such as Oracle, or MS SQL server
• Familiar with Linux and Windows operating system environment
• Bachelor degree in computer science or a related engineering degree
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivation
• Good judgment and objectivity in approaching problems
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Good inter-personal skills
