Bugfree安装后登陆问题！－－已解决！

开着拖拉机上班

1、bugfree版本：2.0.4
xampp版本：   1.7.0
安装成功后，用admin登陆时，页面没有任何反应，点击【登陆】不响应！页面没有跳转到index.php,还是在login.php页面！
2、下午又重新下载了xampp的最新版本，重新配置
bugfree版本：2.0.4
xampp版本：   1.7.2
安装成功后，用admin登陆时，出现这种提示信息：Warning: strtotime() [function.strtotime]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. 而且页面已经跳转到index.php！
哪位高人给个解决办法！！


操作系统是xp  sp3！－

关闭所有应用程序，卸载xampp，然后重新安装！
