EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Primary Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Charted Account
-Secondary Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management or Computer Application

Mandatory Skills:
-Excellent skills in Test Management, Test Automation & Performance Tests
-Experience in SAP Business Processes in Logistics or Finance
-Fluent English/Japanese
-Excellent Communication skills
-Proven leadership capabilities in Test Management
-Demonstrated capability as a team lead in Medium to large projects.
-Secondary Skills
-Experience in Bid management/Pre-sales
-Experience of Global projects as onsite coordinator/technical lead

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

-Lead on Projects (Manage engagements)
-Assessing maturity of a clients test organization and test processes based on SAP Best Practices and international standards
-Setting up a test concept, design of test strategy, test activities and responsibilities, test stages and methods, test case design
-Define requirements and coordinate setup of the technical test environment, test data management, test tool selection
-Review of project deliverables (test concept, test cases, scripts, test documentation, test reporting, error handling)
-Monitoring and controlling test process quality and results
-Guidance and coaching on testing processes, tools & methodologies for team members
-Coordination and administration of all test activities
-Conception and execution of non functional tests (e.g. performance) using LoadRunner
-Issue and error handling and reporting
-Conduct test project reviews, lessons learned
-Life cycle and application management based on SAP Solution Manager
-Automation of regression tests using Quality Center & Quick Test Professional (Any other tools are also fine)
-Test lab services
-Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks

WORK EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 10 IT years total experience with 5-7 years of SAP Testing experience
-Experience of 3 years as a Project Technical Lead is a must.
-Must have worked for Large organizations or on large complex projects
