4. 了解软件需求规格说明书、概要设计说明书、详细设计说明书和同行评审的要求以及流程。5. 能够运用以下测试工具TCL、Ratioanl Robot、Mercury WinRunner、Mercury LoadRunner、Cppunit、Test Director和常用的配置管理工具VSS、CVS。能够通过TCL脚本和Script.NET搭建出针对单元测试和集成测试不同需求的测试环境。
6. 熟练掌握微软各种Windows操作系统，熟悉C/C++ ,了解VB、VC、JAVA语言，了解数据结构，SQL Server数据库以及TCP/IP模型。
7能运用Dreamwever，Photoshop等网页制作和多媒体软件。了解ASP。
8计算机网络：熟悉OSI层次关系和TCP/IP协议。（有网络中级/四级证书）
