测试PM   1名
【工作职责】
项目管理:
1.跟踪项目进度、协调内部和外部资源、解决项目生产中问题
2． 对项目中的相关技术、设计、进度及成本进行整体把握，参与部分技术工作，理解客户产品的软件架构，根据项目的要求，和客户联合评审项目组的递交物。
3． 对项目团队成员的工作给予及时有效的指导和监督，解答项目团队成员提出的问题，控制项目质量。制订相应的QA计划，把控整个项目完成的质量、进度、人员状况，确保项目按预定的进度，并且对上述目标定期给与质量评审和改进，使项目良性的运作，直到胜利完成。
4． 作为项目组和客户之间的桥梁，将客户需求反馈给项目团队，并将项目组的成果与问题及时反馈给客户。
5． 跟踪项目成本、调整预算、及时进行财务结算。
6． 项目结束后，总结项目经验、对项目执行期间地必要工作及技术进行归档，配合客户对项目进行总结。
7． 带领、管理 项目团队，培养项目经理接班人
8. 制定项目规范并不断改进规范
9. 团队成员绩效评估

技术:
1.带领团队在多种操作系统如AIX、SOLARIS、UNIX、LINUX、MAC等系统上的大型企业级软件进行检测
2. 带领团队对客户产品进行国际化、本地化个功能性检测数据库。
3.带领团队编写自动化脚本，对客户产品进行自动化测试。
4.带领团队成员分析测试中的问题，定位bug点
【任职要求】
具备的学历和证书
1. 计算机相关专业本科或以上学历；
2. 英语六级或以上，优秀的英文听说读写能力，能够流利的使用英语与美国客户进行书面和口头的项目沟通；
3. 具备日语一级或相当水平，熟悉日本文化，留日回国人员或具有在日本工作经验者优先；
4. 具备任何其它二外语种者尤佳；

专业技能与技术:
1. 具有三年以上AIX、SOLARIS、UNIX、LINUX至少其中一种操作系统的使用经验；
2 一年以上Oracle, DB2至少其中一种数据库系统的安装和使用经验；
3 有二年以上WebLogic, WebSphere等应用服务器的安装和使用经验；
4 能面对压力，具有很强的分析解决故障的能力；
5 3-5年软件项目管理经验，具有良好的项目规划、需求分析、进度控制、风险管理能力；
6 有较为丰富的测试团队管理经验；
7 有三年以上大型企业级应用程序开发或测试经验者优先; 男性优先。

本地化PM   1名
【Responsibility】
To review project requirements, prepare proposal for client; to track and inform the customer of any additional costs, and update the quotations as and when necessary throughout the project cycle.
- To manage and negotiate with vendors & freelancers on cost and schedule, to ensure cost effectiveness and prompt delivery.
- To create the project schedule, organize workload, allocate resources, control and monitor this process throughout the project.
- To deliver projects on schedule while meeting customer’s expectations and requirements.
- To maintain good communications among language teams and customers. Create weekly project status reports, post-project report or any ad hoc reports, and distribute to customers and project teams.
- To manage and maintain the standard localization procedures, linguistic style-guide and QA checklist for each project.

【Requirement】
- University graduate with major in English, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline
- 3+ years experience in the localization industry, with good understanding of the localization procedures and its technologies; Familiar with industry leading localization tools.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is essential.
- Must be analytical, with good planning and organizing abilities.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill and team building skills.
- Self-motivated, aggressive and able to work efficiently.

1. 5 years working experience in QE working, at least 2 years working as a team lead.   
2. Great understanding to software development lifecycle. Understanding of Agile is a plus.
3. Solid globalization testing knowledge and strong technical background in using testing tools.
4. Self-motivation is a requirement.   Candidate needs to demo the ability to drive ideas to solution.
5. Needs to demo good understanding of project management knowledge.
6. Good English communication skill.   
7. Microsoft/IBM onsite lead experience is preferable.

1. 2 – 4 years of applicable professional QA experience;
2. Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or Engineering
3. Action Script 3, Java or other Programming language knowledge and experience;
4. Work experiences on Linux platforms, preferably Red Had Linux, Suse Linux;
5. Good English skills in reading, writing and speaking;
6. L10N or I18N QA experience is preference

【Requirements】
1.L10N or I18N QA experience is preference.
2.Experience and familiarity with QA’s role in the web software development life cycle.
3.Experience and familiarity with commercially available defect–tracking systems
4.Knowledge is preference for the following without intensive training needed:
1)Static and dynamic web pages: HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, RSS, CGI.
2)Rich multimedia such as interactive Flash application and videos including Flash Player version detection: SWF, FLV.
3)Internet and Web Technologies: Content Delivery Network, Site analytic tracking, Caching, Load balancing, Web Security, Web Proxy, etc.
5.Good English skills in reading, writing and speaking.

Education & Work Experience:
1.Four-year College or technical degree in Computer Science field or equivalent work experience.

【Requirement】

4、Experience in the Information Technology or entertainment industry is required.
