Reasoning for resource request

Areas of biggest value-adding:

1. Prepare and coordinate UAT and system tests
2. Creation of user-facing system documentation (user manuals and guides)
3. Creation of training materials

Tasks

• Creation of the following documents during the software lifecycle
o Test Plans
o System and UAT Test Scripts
o Test Summary Reports
o Process Flow Diagrams
o Traceability Matrices
o Business and Functional Requirements Specifications
o User Guides
o User Manuals
• Creation of training materials (PowerPoint slides)
• Translates highly technical software functions/features into process driven user friendly materials to support implementation and training of applications;
• Liaises with clients or developers to gather information
• Planning and execution of system and user acceptance tests
• Reporting of test results to the project manager
• (Conducts trainings with the end user)

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent IT literacy
• Experience creating business documentation including (Must have):
o Test Plans
o System and UAT Test Scripts
o Test Summary Reports
o Process Flow Diagrams
o Training Materials for application trainings
• Experience creating business documentation including (Nice to have):
o Traceability Matrices
o Business and Functional Requirements Specifications
• Experience creating system support materials including (Must have):
o User Guides
o User Manuals
• Ability to work independently and to communicate effectively
• Team Player
• High level of English
