职位JD：

QA Lead

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study

Experience: Four (4) years of relevant experience in the case of Master’s Degree and six (6) years of relevant experience in the case of Bachelor’s Degree

Required Skills:

·Some of futures / option knowledge

·Good knowledge of Networking (Port, IP, VPN, Telnet, SSH)

·Strong knowledge of Windows, UNIX and LINUX operating systems

·Knowledge of QA Methodology a must

·Experience in Quality Center / Test Director

·Strong analytical and debugging skills

·Strong team leadership skills and process orientation

·Strong communication skills in English

Desired Skills:

·Exposure to middleware and EAI software

·Knowledge of performance test

·Experience in developing test automation tools in Java/Shell Scripting

·Experience in working with overseas teams across time-zones
