安装bugzilla之后，进入bugzilla界面配置参数，其中有一项是sslbase,
说明如下

efines the fully qualified domain name and web server path for HTTPS (SSL) connections to this Bugzilla installation.
For example, if the Bugzilla main page is https://www.foo.com/bugzilla/index.cgi, the "sslbase" should be set to https://www.foo.com/bugzilla/. 我准备在自己的机子上试，"https://localhost/bugzilla/" 结果提示“
The new value for sslbase is invalid: Failed to connect to localhost:443; unable to enable SSL. ”各位高手，谁能告诉我是什么会使，我用的apache 2.2.11 +openssl 0.9.8i 做webserver

我报错信息：
The new value for sslbase is invalid: must be a legal URL, that starts with https and ends with a slash..
