We are a forward looking and growing web company based out of Los Angeles with a rep office in Shanghai. We provide a great environment to grow your skills and have fun doing so. We're looking for a laid back and social individual who enjoys their work and who fits the requirements below：
1 has a degree in one or more of the following: design, IT, English
2 uses modern web applications daily; is interested in incorporating more web technologies into daily life
3 fluent in English; must be able to communicate well in English language spoken and written
4 good communicator; something along the lines of can't hesitate to ask questions or point out issues
5 understands web design standards
6 can recognize ui problems and find solutions
7 can take initiative and work independently

Technical abilities:
1 has a developer background, MUST know JAVAscript, PhotoShop, and know how to markup using valid CSS and html
2 can troubleshoot problems as they occur
3 understands separation between content and presentation
4 a plus would be to understand some other programming language or frameworks
