Responsibility:

Work closely with develop team, PM, Pgm team to ensure the development process to be executed properly.

Measure and evaluate product quality, and facilitate root cause analysis of project issues.

Help project manager to mitigate project risks.

Audit projects to ensure standards compliance.

Facilitate product quality improvement via process improvement.

Require Skills:

MS/BS degree in CS or related field.

Over 5 years experience in software development industry

Over 2 years experience in SQA or project management

Good communication skill, especially in English

Self-motivated and be able to work independently
