1. Process Improvement
• Coordinates the various process improvement activities
• Develop strategic and tactical improvement action plans

• Review, evaluate and if required implement new processes, procedures, and templates that various working groups create.

• Administer a suggestion scheme for the organization to enable involvement of most employees in the SPI initiative.

2. Metrics Analyzer
• Quantitative measurement collects and maintain an operating metrics database

3. Audit
• Conduct effective audit based on quality processes and security processes
• Generate audit plan & audit report, analyze and escalate issues to upper managers
