LR录制不响应的问题

录制内容：登录＋注销
浏览器：IE6
LoadRunner：url方式录制＋web协议
web应用的页面框架：EXT
登录的系统操作：鉴权＋判断浏览器显示方式＋加载页面＋加载数据
注销的系统操作：注销session
问题说明：
IE6直接打开应用，没问题，用LR的url方式录制，时间耗费比正常的打开多很多，登录并且展示完全页面在3分钟之后，注销就夸张了，长时间等待都不反应，很郁闷，为什么LoadRunner录制这个会这样的呢？我是哪里没考虑到？有高手可以帮我看看么

查看了录制日志，发现报了很多错：

没有使用代理，我搜了一下，发现下述链接，来自rickyzhu；

说是可以这样；
you need to disable(sometimes uninstall) any antivirus software during installation process (LR need to notify USER before starting installation process, but i not find it),
after restart the PC you can to enable AV again.
于是，禁用了卡巴斯基，卸载LR，安装一次，但是，录制时候浏览器死掉了，好几次都是，唉

　　我现在也在测试web应用的页面框架为EXT的系统，但发现有很多操作录制不了，你是用的LoadRunner哪个版本来录制的？LoadRunner9.0以上的版本吗？用url方式录制＋web协议，就可以把所有的操作都录制上吗？

问题说明：
　　最近在测试的系统运用了EXT，用lr录制脚本时发现有很多操作录制不上，该怎么解决呢？是LR的版本太低没有支持录制EXT的协议，还是我选择的协议有问题？
