Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of complex, multi-tier distributed software applications.

• Design layered application, including user interface, business functionality, and database access.

• Work with other engineers, managers, product managers, QA, and operation teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability while meeting realistic implementation schedules and adhering to development goals and principles.

• Estimate engineering efforts, plan implementations, and rollout system changes.

• Knowledge of Search technology a major plus

• Experience in developing highly scalable applications a major plus.


Job Requirements:

• BS/BA in CS or related field.

• 2+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.

• Expertise required in object-oriented design methodology and application development in Java and J2EE, including servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC. C++ a plus. Knowledge of XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML required.

• Project experience with IBM WebSphere or other J2EE application servers required.

• Hands-on experience with J2EE application.

• Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus in a high velocity, high quality environment.

Senior Project Manager - 高级项目管理经理(Vendor Outsourcer)

Job Description:1. Lead software development projects to meet the various internal business sponsor needs.

2. Expert at organizing and leading project kickoff, requirement analysis, design, status, and other project related meetings with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders at all levels

3. Develop project plans, and manage project schedule and quality with minimal variances

4. Closely manage throughout the product development life cycle. Identify and track issues, risks, dependencies, efficiencies, and critical path objectives.

5. Provide timely and audience-specific status reports and reporting in support of defined metrics to key stakeholders at all levels, including senior management


Requirements:

1. Bachelor and/or MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent work experience.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience on software.

3. Minimum 3 years experience in project management which should be mainly focused on in-house project developing.

4. Good communications skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and varying levels of management.

5. Fluent English and Mandarin (both oral and written).

6. Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve & negotiate solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

8. Advanced MS Project, MS Power Point, MS excel skills, management or technical lead experience in software development will be a plus.

As a Whitebox QA Engineer, you will play a role in the code level testing of complex, multi-tiered distributed software applications.

You must be adept at working both as an individual and in groups in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with rapid development life cycles.

Strong written and verbal communication is essential; as you will regularly collaborate with other QA engineers, project managers, software developers, DBA ’ and operations staff.

Job Description:

Focus on whitebox testing. Design unit test cases, use various tools to do code coverage testing and performance testing.
Creatively leverage various open source tools, or develop own testing framework to enhance whitebox testing coverage.

Roles:
