2. Software Whitebox QA engineer -上海
Job Description:

? Analyze product requirements, create test plans and identify deliverables.

?  Focus on whitebox testing. Design unit test cases, use various tools to do code coverage testing and performance testing.

?  Creatively leverage various open source tools, or develop own testing framework to enhance whitebox testing coverage.

?  Report testing status, escalating issues as appropriate. Track software defects and issues.

?  Proactively solve problems, suggest process improvements.

?  Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk.

?  Share knowledge with peers, mentor less experienced team members.

Job Requirements:

Job Description
· Works closely with project team members in R&D team to conduct SQA activities defined in CMMI/ISO/ITSM including preparing SQA Plan, SQA Audit, SQA Report, Quality Plan, checkpoint reviews, CAR activities, verification and validation activities, etc.

· Assist Project Manager in project level process definition.
· Assist Project Manager in project plan and PMR preparation, ensure project activities are in alignment with the project defined process, highlight unresolved process implementation issues to Project Manager and DU Quality operation manager

· Support quality manager on project level dashboard creation like estimation dashboards, customer level dashboards, etc.

· Track corrective and preventive actions to closure, verify accuracy of metrics data, participate in org quality community
· Provide value added suggestions to the project team to aid process improvement within the project
· Define new processes/improve existing processes including activity analysis, measurement definition, data collection plan creation and process documentation.
· Conduct Quality training to new hires.
· Involve in CMMI/ISO/ITSM/6sigma deployment.

· Collect feedbacks from project teams on process improvements needs and support quality manager to respond

5.  Testing Engineer-Testing-杭州Software Functional & Performance/QA Engineer with over 5 years of experience. Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured environment. This role will be providing delivery of functional / performance test projects direct to the client by applying performance test process and tool domain knowledge (LoadRunner). Ideally with ISEB/ ISTQB certification and preferably with knowledge of the Latent Zero suite experience.

Desirable Skills：
Good English communication skills.

Proficient in C# and ASP.net programming; proven familiarity on .Net, and IIS technologies

Knowledge of SQL. Experience in Java programming

Exposure to : HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML

Previous experience writing test tools and harnesses

Excellent trouble shooting, problem solving, and strong communication skills required

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline

Ever acted as Testing/Dev Manager for at least 3 years

Proven success stories in strong leadership
