LR打不开默认的主页

各位大哥：小弟在用LR录制脚本时IE打不开，报错内容为：IE找不到序数，无法定位序数3245于动态链接库LIBEAY32.DLL上，察看日志文件显示：30/05/2007 14:07:55 错误: 通信错误: 绑定套接字失败。此计算机上的某进程已绑定到同一地址。        [MsgId: MERR-10344]
30/05/2007 14:07:55 错误: 通信错误: 为 HTTP 通道服务器创建 TCP 服务器失败。        [MsgId: MERR-10344]
30/05/2007 14:07:55 错误: 双向通信错误: 函数 two_way_comm_create_acceptor 失败。        [MsgId: MERR-60999]
30/05/2007 14:07:55 警告: 创建“router”服务器失败。        [MsgId: MWAR-29974]

小弟 看不懂什么意思，请各位大哥赐教！！！！  TKS!

不知道和lz的问题是不是符合

PURPOSE
-------

Note will help you resolve an error that may occur when starting the Oracle  
COnnector for Outlook on Window XP.
Behavior may occur on different OSes as well


SCOPE & APPLICATION
-------------------
Intended audience:   End users

Starting Outlook Connector for Outlook generates the following error:   

Ordinal 3245 could not be found in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.DLL
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

When the user launches the Oracle Connector for Outlook, they may get the error:
"The Ordinal 3245 could not be found in the dynamiclink library LIBEAY32.DLL"   
This does not occur when using a non Outlook Connector Profile.   


CAUSE:
------

Multiple copies of libeay32.dll and or ssleay32.dll   

The problem you are experiencing is caused by the Oracle Connector for Outlook   
when loading these DLLs from an unexpected location.


SOLUTION:
---------
Look for libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll anywhere on the system.  
Note that these files should be in the Oracle Connector for Outlook installation
directory.  

If you find multiple copies of these files (libeay32.dll, ssleay32.dll,  
please delete or rename the ones that are not in the Oracle Connector for Outlook  
installation directory.  

If you have them elswhere than in the installation directory,  
please move them to the installation directory.

我也碰到过，解决办法只能重装系统，然后再重新装就好了。
