SW Engineer Job Description for Litepoint Shanghai Office

     You will be developing and validating software solutions for growing WLAN, WiMAX, and UWB wireless market.  You will have the opportunity to develop test programs for various chipset companies, ODM's and OEM's on a worldwide basis.

Responsibility
  
·  Design, develop and validate turnkey testing software for WLAN, WiMax, Bluetooth, Cellular, and other wireless technologies.
·  Develop test software to verify the WLAN, WiMax, and Bluetooth product functionality and performance , analysis results, and develop measurement algorithm.
·  Develop test software automatically control and verify measurement systems
·  Work closely with chipset companies, ODM's and OEM's to provide software test solutions. Support customers and help customize interface for production test and measurement systems



       Qualifications:
·        Bachelor or Master major in CS, EE or related discipline
·         At least 2 years working experience of instrument control in wireless communication field
·        Good knowledge in RF, mobile communication, digital modulation techniques
·        At least 2 years C and VC++ programming experence
·        Software experience in windows driver development  is a plus
·        Good software programming skill in C, VC, Lab Windows/CVI)
·        Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing)
·        Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members
·        Good learning ability and Customer oriented
·        Willing to take initiative and Perseverance


DESIRABLE
The knowledge of wireless protocols and measurement equipment control will be helpful for this position

职位要求：
        － 本科以上学历，两年以上工作经验，计算机，通讯或电子相关专业；
        － 熟悉C,C++语言，
     －具有两年以上使用Visual C++（或.net) 进行软件编程的经验，了解如何在windows上开发控制和测试软件
－具有无线通讯相关知识，对于WLAN信号的特性有一定了解，
－ 最好具有射频芯片测试经验，了解如何开发测试系统并分析测试结果；   
－ 具有Linux C开发经验优先， 具有windows driver开发经验优先     
－ 适应英文工作环境；
－ 有团队合作精神，能与同事及客户进行良好沟通和合作；
       －  良好的学习能力与客户服务意识。
－  良好的工作主动性与敬业精神。

FAE Engineer Job Description for Litepoint Shanghai Office
      
Responsibility:
  
·        Design, develop and validate turnkey testing software for WLAN, WiMax, Bluetooth, Cellular, and other wireless technologies.
·        Perform build, test, release, installation, and documentation to deploy the software.
·        Providing technical support, demonstrations and debug of end customer products.
·        Providing technical training to sales channels and distributors.
·        Effectively communicate customer feedback to design team.
·        Able to travel internationally and locally for on-site Troubleshooting or training;


       Qualifications:
·        Design and develop GUI, API and application software for various wireless testing equipment and measurement applications
·        Use Visual C++ (.NET), Matlab, LabView for development
·        Utilize test equipment including spectrum analyzers, VSAs, VSGs, sweep generators, and other standard test equipment as part of development and verification
·        Develop and implement test plans, test procedures and test cases
·        Independently control the full development lifecycle from implementation to test, debug and enhancement
·        At least two years working knowledge of GUI, API development using Visual C++, preferable .NET environment
·        At least one year of experience in analog/digital/RF, signal processing and wireless test engineering with LabView, TestStand, Visual Studio and Matlab
·        Experience with design and implementation of wireless testing software capable of testing WiMax, WiFi, etc.
·        Testing knowledge of TX/RX Gain Stages, TX Masks, TX/RX Calibration, Insertion and Return Loss, Phase Matching, Spurious output signals, DC Current
·        Willing to learn new technologies, self-motivated, passionate about software development with high technical competency
·        Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills.
·        Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing)
