DUC--Project Manager, Test Execution
Purpose:
- To plan and track testing project with activities
- Resource and schedule, to supervise team members in test execution, to solve and report issues of execution.
- Report to Test Manager, coordinate multi site testing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mobile Communication or Network Communication etc.
- Above 4 years in SW verification / Development, i.e. of the mobile products; experience in project management and/or team management are preferred
- SW Verification or development, Good at English in speaking & writing (at least 4 levels)
DUC--Manager, Test Execution
Job Summary:
To manage test competence groups and test areas, develop and maintain related test cases and testing tools. Plan and allocate resources to test project, continue develop testing technical, competence and process. Supervise team leaders/members in test execution, coordinate with test project office, other test execution units, SW project office and test development office. GTCC interface to global customers(DUs and P&G)
Essential Job Functions:
People Management
Drive staffing, and performance management of test competence groups. Supervise people in daily work.
Resource Allocation and Cost Control
Understanding of competence of individual subordinate for appropriate assignment of role in each project.
Drive Test Case Development and Maintenance
Drive develop and maintain test cases for certain test areas.
Drive Global Test Services
Drive develop and maintain test cases for certain test areas.
QA and Process
Develop/deploy GTCC processes, continue improve processes align with operation develop plan.
Checking & Approval
Review and approve relevant plan, report and test cases.
Qualifications:
Academic/Professional Education
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mobile Communication or Network Communication etc.
Relevant Experience
Above 6 years in SW verification / development, i.e. of the mobile products; 3+ years experience in project management and/or people management.
Strong leadership, strong communication skills
Technical Skills & Knowledge ( outside academic/professional education )
SW Verification or Development, excellent English in speaking & writing |
