Position Title: Software Engineering Process Manager
Department:  Compliance
Location: Shanghai
Level: senior manager

Responsibilities

· Supports Senior Management to build a strong service quality culture and process management environment in company
· Design and implement quality improvement and training programs throughout the organization to meet service and control standards
· Establish performance tracking dashboards and key performance indicators for processes
· Strengthen process documentation and process implementation methodology in company

Working Experience:
· Minimum 8-year process and quality management experience in multinational enterprise with strong quality culture
· Work in 6-Sigma or ACE process management or familiar with ISO quality management system
· Experience as a qualified quality practitioner (black belt) or quality program trainer

General Requirements for all positions:
· Job Location: Shanghai
· Education:  Bachelor or above; Masters Degree would be advantageous
· Behavior competency:
- Strong communication, persuasive and listening skills
- Strong leadership, team player with good management and interpersonal skills
- Extremely self motivated, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Good customer service attitude and process and quality orientation
· Language requirements:
- Highly fluent in spoken and written English
