Google不是软件公司。
它在软件上收入不多，主要是靠广告和股票。

里边不单单是软件开发公司，还有软件服务公司等等。
比如排第三的EDS，不就是个外包公司吗？（我的理解）

那是说纯软件公司。这个排名是所有IT公司都有，只要它生产软件。
比如国内的华为，是个硬件公司，可是他也生产软件，它的软件收入可能比很多国内的专门软件公司还高。
还有一个有趣的地方，就是这个排名把软件服务也算入，所以外包公司也进入排名。
总而言之，是看所有IT公司的软件销售和服务的收入。
你看IBM的服务占了收入的75%,这也就是说IBM现在转型为了一个IT服务公司。如果只是论开发软件那就是微软第一了。
这个排名就是看谁最赚钱。
