Job Title: Software Test Engineer
Num of Opening: 1~3
Job Responsibilities：
?  Participate in testing of new features. Identify, investigate, and prioritize bugs;
?  Ensure backward compatibility by tracking automation test result of previous releases;
?  Identify and fix issues in test automation;
?  Managing expanded test environments and deployment;
?  Build test infrastructure to help improve team productivity.

Job Qualifications：
?  Passion for, and commitment to, software quality
?  Quick self learning, attentive to detail, organized, methodical approach, drive for results.
?  Experience in .NET development is preferred. Prior product development and in depth, working knowledge of XML, SQL and IIS will be a plus.
?  Working experience in software industry and a proven track record of shipping high quality, scalable software will be a plus
?  A BA/BS degree or above in Computer Science or a related technical field.

?  Ensure product functionality, usability, security and performance;
?  Verification of installation instructions, APIs, triggers, stored procedures, referential integrity, hardware product or system specifications.
?  Application/System/Inter-System level issues may be the major focus.
?  Identify, investigate bugs and verify fixes.
Job Qualifications：
?  3+ years working experience in IT industry, experience in Windows environment will be a plus.
?  Familiar with Product Development Life Cycle. Possess general knowledge of software quality assurance practices.
?  Ability to read and write at least one programming language such as C/C++, VB, SQL, etc.
?  Familiar with .NET Frameworks, ASP.NET, XML, DHMTL, IIS, Windows Server 2003 and MS SQL;
?  Experience with network protocol monitoring tools and live site debugging skills are preferred.
?  Knowledge of personal computer hardware may be required. Demonstrated project management ability required.
?   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
