QA Manager
Important Skills:
•        Building and managing the QA team
•        Testing complex web software
•        Improving the development and testing process
•        Designing quality into the system
•        Tracking requirements through to QA
•        Writing Test Plans
•        Creating test cases and associated data
•        Managing automated build and testing
•        Managing Version Control Systems such as Subversion
•        Managing the build & deployment process
•        Coordinating the testing & production release process
•        Coordinating production troubleshooting issues

Required Skills:
•        3+ years of software testing
•        Testing Web Applications
•        Managing QA engineers
•        Knowledge of SQL
•        Good problem solving skills
•        Effective written and verbal communication skills
•        Experience writing detailed design documents and test cases
•        Experience working with end users
•        Strong attention to detail
•        Mission-critical system experience
