1. Directs the activities of groups in multiple displines.Requires complete functional knowledge
and awareness of company goals and objectives.
2. Develop functional processes for area managed. Develops operational policies within the area
managed. Requires the ability to influence others to achieve results.
3. Manages a comprehensive multi functional kernel development team and build-up energetic
growing environment for team members.
Job requirements:
1.BS/BA in CS or related field
2.8+ years experience in requirement analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable,
distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
3.3 years + supervisory experience, Proven track records to manage advanced development
team.
4. Must have experience developing highly scalable, web-based applications. Solid background
on Framework/Kernel level of coding.
5.Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus in a high velocity, high quality environment.
6.Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a
variety of factors, including an under-standing of current business trends.
7.Negotiator –can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging
internal or external relationships.
8.Participants with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Ensures
operations’ effective achievements of objectives.
Basic qualifications:
Fluent English and Chinese in both oral and written; 8+ years related working experience and 3+
years supervisory experience
