Job Summary
The qualified individual will be test lead of 5-person QA team testing a complex enterprise-level web application. Test lead will be working closely with our client based in Singapore, responsible for test plan creation, monitoring project implementation, performance review, etc. The project will start from manual testing based on existing test cases, and then progress to automated testing.

Job Scope
▪ Create test plan that meets project requirements from our client
▪ Define and monitor the overall testing process; collaborate effectively with project manager and the client to solve technical issues, and communicate project status
▪ Review test assets and test results; ensure the quality of deliverables
▪ Arrange and conduct day-to-day testing
▪ Write clear project status report to make sure the project implementation is transparent to the client
▪ Conduct technical training within the testing team
▪ Work with project manager to launch regular performance review with each individual of the testing team
▪ Solve complex technical problems

Minimum Requirements
▪ Holding Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
▪ Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing, demonstrated experience in planning, implementing complex testing project
▪ Background in testing enterprise-level web applications; good understanding of web services, networking, and related technologies
▪ In-depth knowledge and understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
▪ Strong leadership, mentoring and interpersonal skills
▪ Strong English verbal and written communication skills, passing College English Test Level 6 is a must
▪ Must be highly motivated, well organized and able to perform well in a technically complex, global environment

Preferred Skillsets:
▪ Knowledge of Mercury Quality Center tool; good command of CAST tools, i.e. Mercury Test Director, WinRunner, QTP, etc.
▪ Understand scripting languages (PERL, SHELL, PHP, etc.). JAVA programming exposure is a plus
▪ Knowledge of CMM(I)
