Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will be part of a global J2EE product delivery team working on leading edge software products; he/she will be exposed to the latest QA process in product development and various automation technologies.
Job Description:
Lead a local QA testing team (2 – 3 people) and interface with US counterparts
Design product test strategy and methodology in such areas such as function, performance, stress, and etc.
Test case design, execution, and bug submission, reporting, and issue follow-up for bug resolution
Automate the testing and improve the test efficiency
The software product’s end customers include some of the world’s largest corporations (e.g., Wal-Mart).

Requirements:

3+ years experience in web application testing with the entire enterprise-class product development cycle
Prior experience in leading and mentoring junior QA testing engineers
Good experience in test automation
Excellent written and oral English
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills; extremely self-motivated
Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
Experience in working with an onshore QA/development team will be an added advantage
