新手，bugzilla安装问题，迟迟未解

情况介绍：
操作系统：windows xp sp3
mysqL版本：5.5.28.3
bugzilla版本：4.2.4
IIS版本：5.1
activePerl版本：5.14.2
按照网上公布的安装步骤安装，将MySQL，IIS，activePerl安装完成以后，安装bugzilla的最最后一步，当所有bugzilla需要的模块儿安装完毕之后，运行“checksetup.pl”,出现以下错误：
There was an error connecting to MySQL:

install_driver(mysql) failed: Attempt to reload DBD/mysql.pm aborted.
Compilation failed in require at (eval 288) line 3.

at Bugzilla/DB.pm line 1284

This might have several reasons:

* MySQL is not running.
* MySQL is running, but there is a problem either in the
  server configuration or the database access rights. Read the Bugzilla
  Guide in the doc directory. The section about database configuration
  should help.
* Your password for the 'bugzilla' user, specified in $db_pass, is
incorrect, in './localconfig'.
There is a subtle problem with Perl, DBI, or MySQL. Make
sure all settings in './localconfig' are correct. If all else fails, set
'$db_check' to 0.
